From December 14, 2021 through January 21, 2022, K – 12 scholars will participate in a wide range of digital-skill activities to learn, stay connected and have fun. Students can earn badges after learning content and completing challenges on a variety of topics (ex. coding, learning tools, virtual visits). We have exciting news! The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Emergency Connectivity Fund has provided funds for internet services and devices for students who lack sufficient access for remote learning. But - We need to hear from you first! Each Stephenson Middle School family is being asked to complete the DCSD Student Access Survey. Survey responses will be used to determine the connectivity needs for our school district and to purchase devices. Community News Weekend of Service DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County will commemorate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a weekend marked with a food distribution, COVID-19 test distribution, prayer and a parade. “The Board of Commissioners and I have proclaimed this King Holiday weekend as a time for Prayer, Healing and Restoration,” said DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond.
