Good morning, Jaguars! This is our second day of having virtual Jaguar Junction News! We miss you and want to keep in touch with you via the news. Check back every day to find out the new things that are happening at Stephenson Middle Virtual School. Teacher Planning Day is today, Tuesday, 3/31/2020. That will be your study hall day and give you a chance to catch-up, study, read, and just re-charge. Weather Report: Rainy and chilly. High 57 degrees. Low 41 degrees. Might be a good day to stay inside and read a book on your study hall day! Spring Break will still be from 4/06 to 4/10/2020. No virtual school will be held during that time. I have heard from some students, and it seems they are pretty excited about that! Reminder - We are on a different schedule for Grab & Go Meals. Beginning Monday, March 30, two-day meal packages will be distributed on each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 - 12 @ SMS. All of the 21 meal distribution sites will stay open and bus meal delivery will continue following said schedule. On Friday, 4/03/2020, students will receive 5 days of extra meals in order to cover meal service over Spring Break. Speaking of Food - Congratulations to the following "Virtual Students of the Week" for the weeks of 3/16/2020 & 3/23/2020." Your teachers should have contacted you already with the details, but here they are again. Virtual students of the week are selected by their teachers for having participated and turned in assignments for all of their virtual classes. The following students should come to SMS from 10-12 this coming Wednesday during Grab & Go Meals to receive their Grubhub Gift Card from Dr. Booker.
