Dear Students and Parents, In accordance with district COVID guidelines, we will not be allowed to celebrate our talented rising 9th graders in person. We realize that the Class of 2025 has been cheated out of the memorable end-of-the-year activities. We will miss our proudest moment of watching the congratulatory handshake and picture with Dr. Booker and Mr. Rhymer as you receive your Farewell Certificate at the Honors and Awards Program. We will also miss the final wave to the teachers as the buses pull away on the last day of the school year. Despite the obstacles and challenges, we know that our students will continue to strive for higher learning, and we wish them much success. On May 27th and 28th, you are invited to pick up your certificates and awards from the team table located on the front bus lane. We will also collect your chrome books during this time. The time allotted for picking up awards/souvenir and returning Chromebooks is 9 am to 4 pm. As a kid, his friends called him “Stick” and every basketball game he played ended in pain. He lost interest in basketball long ago, but at the high school where he now teaches, it's all anyone can talk about.
